This video includes four individual instruction workouts.  The first workout deals with offensive footwork starting with the ability to square up, be ball tough and then get from the perimeter to the rim and finish.  The second workout teaches players four ways to explosively finish once they get to the rim.  The ability to get to the front of the rim, get your body on the defender and then finish in a variety of ways are demonstrated and taught.  Workout three demonstrates how to create space and break pressure off the dribble.  The fourth workout is a full and halfcourt ball handling workout emphasizing the correct footwork while executing your dribble moves.   ONLY:  $29.95
