This is an intensive minimum 40 to 50 minute ball handling, finishing, and pull up jumper workout that will increase skill and conditioning.  The workout includes 25 sets of 4 full court moves working one and two basketballs.  After every 4 trips players recover by shooting 4 free throws.  It’s not for the timid and is based on Billy Donovan’s full court work while in college at Providence.  Depending on your conditioning you can modify the workout and reduce the total number of trips.
